Registration for Summer Sessions 2026

Continuing and Returning Students:  Students enrolled during the Spring Semester 2026, will be able to register beginning April 1-15, 2026 for early registration (see AppalNet for your registration date).

Continuing students: Continuing students are notified of the date on which they can register.

Returning students: Returning students are encouraged to complete all of the steps to the readmission process as soon as possible to ensure processing will be complete in time for early registration. Please note the readmission deadlines

Non-Degree Students: Non-degree students interested in registering during the open registration period can do so beginning April 16, 2026 at  8 am EST.

There are two kinds of non-degree students, 1) those who have attended App State before, and 2) those who have not attended App State in the past.

  • Non-degree students who have attended AppState previously are encouraged to complete their readmission steps well in advance of open registration. If a non-degree student has been enrolled at App State within the calendar year, the readmission application is not necessary.
  • Non-degree students who are attending AppState for the first time may register if their completed application materials have been decisioned by Admissions. Non-degree students are encouraged to submit their entire application packet as soon as possible to ensure processing will be complete in time for open registration.

Please note: Please see a special note of welcome to non-degree students with two very important to-dos!

First Year and Transfer Students: New student class registration will follow the steps and dates outlined by the Orientation team.

New students admitted for Fall can take Summer classes. Contact your Admissions Counselor for eligibility to enroll. We encourage you to get started!
